Plain non-edible plastic, high quality and strong - 3lb black pudding casing. Perfect for filling large sticks of sliced Black Pudding

Supplied in a quantity of: 25 x 50cm sleeves, (each piece is clipped and looped to allow hanging if required).

Suitable for a temperature range from -40℃+110℃ and has a burst pressure of 20 kPA.

Maintains product weight/shape due to minimum moisture loss while its high oxygen barrier extends the products shelf life.

Fully immerse in warm water (<40 degrees C) for about 30 minutes before use and then fill.

During cooking the casing is designed to shrink giving the final product a smooth, taut surface ensuring the highest quality product display and ease of handling and slicing.

The lay flat is 110mm. Once filled the diameter is 70mm and length is 50cm.
